The aim of Lampo Education is to bring fun and creativity to learning. Our programs are available as classes for schools and colleges and as Training Workshops for teachers, storytellers, parents and carers.
We are able to offer an enriching cross-curricular educational service and we do this through Interactive and Multicultural Storytelling, Music and Dance, using costumes, props and multicultural artefacts.
Over the years, research has been carried out to find out how people learn. The fact is that people learn best in a relaxed atmosphere, where they can use their individual learning styles (Auditory, Visual or Kinaesthetic), our programs use all of these and help students to develop their multi-sensorial abilities.
Please feel free to visit the pages listed above, where you will read more about my work and other services that Lampo offers.

THE LEGENDARY WEAVER NEW Edition - Published September 2011
“Told in a simple, sometimes earthy style, this story is a parable and moral tale, a paean to the indomitability of the human spirit.”
Niyi Osundare, Poet and Literary Critic
“Abimbola’s skill as a tale-teller is evident from the off. Like all the best novelists, you cannot tear your eyes from the page…”
Katie, Evening Herald, Plymouth
“Abimbola draws upon the richness of the African oral tradition… The interplay of orality and literacy, both in the narrative proverb and frame narrative is highly effective.”
Grace Yesufu, Head of English, The John Warner School Hoddesdon
